REGISTRATION PROCEDURE OF HARBOUR CRAFTS IMPORTED FROM ABROAD.

1. Application for Registration photo copy of C.N.I.C.(Computerized National Identity Card) alongwith original for seen.
2. If registered in the name of Company then required Company Memorandum of Association and Article.
3. Declaration of Ownership on Rs.20/= stamp paper duly notarized (owner's photograph must be affixed).
4. Builder Certificate (original) alongwith a copy of approved drawing.
5. Invoice (original).
6. Custom Bill of entry duly cleared alongwith original.

1. Previous documents photo copies.
2. Bill of sale duly executed (original).
3. Deletion Certificate from last Flag State (original), may be provided in place of items 4 and 5 above.

1. Verification of address.
2. Arrange Seaworthiness/Measurement survey and deposit of fee.
3. Payment of Registration fees then New Number will be issued.
4. Number Report given by the Tap Holder then new Registration Certificate will be issued within one week.

1. Transfer of Ownership Form for transferring the CRAFT (photographs of seller and buyer to be affixed in the form) both parties to sign.
2. Application from seller for measurement inspection.
3. Photo copies of C.N.I.C.(Computerized National Identity Card) of seller and buyer.
4. Photocopy of sale agreement on stamp paper.
5. M.M.D. valid Survey Certificate.
6. Original Registration Certificate.

1. Verification of address of buyer.
2. Payment of transferring fee.
3. Arrange measurement inspection.
4. After completion of above requirements seller and buyer should appear with original C.N.I.C.(Computerized National Identity Card) before the Registrar to confirm the sale proceed and Registration Certificate will be issued within one week.
